Officials from both countries are drafting the memorandum of understanding (MOU) for the said program, according to reports.
The opening of jobs in Japan is just in time should the OFWs in South Korea be displaced due to the tension involving North Korea and they will be the ones to benefit if the job openings will soon push through.
There are still no job orders released by the POEA but they are encouraging the jobseekers to regularly check the POEA website as the announcement will be out anytime soon and they will give updates through their official website only.
