Kailan o Ilang Araw Masasabing Hindi na Nakakahawa ang Isang Taong NagkaCOVID-19?

Ilang araw ba ang bibilangin para ang isang taong naging positibo sa COVID-19 ay masasabing hindi na nakakahawa?
Ayon sa World Health Organization, ang Pilipinas ang may 'fastest-growing number of new COVID-19 cases' sa higit 20 bansa at teritoryo sa Western Pacific Region.

Samantala, pinag-aaralang bawasan ang additional quarantine days ng COVID-19 patient na discharge na sa hospital ayon sa Department of Health. Sabi ni DOH Spokesperson Undersecretary Maria Rosario Vergeire, lumabas kasi sa pag-aaral ng mga eksperto na hindi na nakakahawa ang taong may COVID-19 sa ikasampung araw niyang maysakit.

Iyan daw ang dahilan sa pagbabago ng kanilang protocol na hindi na kailangag itetest ang pasyente bago idischarge sa hospital o quarantine facility. Kung kinakailangang irekomenda ng mga eksperto ang additional quarantine days ng pasyente pagkalabas ng hospital ay posibleng babawasan ito ng hanggang sa 7 araw mula sa 14 days. Nilinaw naman ng DOH na nanatiling 14 days ang quarantine period sa mga probable at suspected COVID-19 cases.


Pitong simpleng hakbang upang maprotektahan ang sarili at ang iba laban sa COVID-19

Ang coronavirus disease (COVID-19) ay isang nakahahawang sakit na dulot ng bagong coronavirus. Karamihan sa mga taong magkakaroon ng impeksyon ay makararanas ng hindi malalang sintomas at gagaling. Ngunit ang iba ay makararanas ng malubhang sakit, lalo na sa mga matatanda at mga may dati nang karamdaman. Narito ang ilang mga simpleng hakbang na maaari mong gawin upang maprotektahan ang kalusugan mo at ng iba.

Ang mga payong ito ay maaaring sundin ng lahat, ngunit napakahalaga ng mga ito kung ikaw ay nakatira sa lugar na may COVID-19.
1. Hugasan nang madalas ang iyong mga kamayUgaliin ang puspusang paglinis ng mga kamay gamit ang hand sanitizer na may alkohol o hugasan gamit ang sabon at tubig.

Bakit? Lagi nating ginagamit ang ating mga kamay upang hawakan ang mga bagay na maaaring kontaminado. Maaaring hindi natin namamalayan na maghawak natin ng ating mukha, nailipat na ang virus sa mata, ilong at bibig at nahawahan na tayo. Namamatay ang mga virus na maaaring nasa iyong kontaminadong kamay, kasama na ang bagong coronavirus, sa pamamagitan ng paghuhugas ng kamay gamit ang sabon at tubig o paggamit ng hand sanitizer na may alkohol.

2. Iwasan ang paghawak sa iyong mata, ilong at bibigMadalas nating hinahawakan ang ating kamay nang hindi namamalayan. Maging mapagmatyag tungkol dito, at iwasan ang paghawak sa iyong mata, ilong at bibig.

Bakit? Maraming hinahawakan ang mga kamay at maaari itong makakuha ng mga virus. Kapag kontaminado na ang kamay, naililipat ang virus sa mata, ilong at bibig at maaaring pumasok sa katawan at magdulot ng sakit.

3. Takpan ang iyong ubo at bahingSiguraduhing ikaw, at ang mga tao sa paligid mo, at sumusunod sa tamang respiratory hygiene. Ibig sabihin nito ay ang pagtakip ng bibig at ilong gamit ang loob ng siko o tisyu kapag uubo o babahing. Agad na itapon ang gamit na tisyu sa basurahang may takip at maghugas ng kamay.

Bakit? Kung ang isang tao ay uubo o babahing, tumatalsik ang maliit na droplet mula sa ilong at bibig na maaaring may virus. Sa pagtakip ng iyong ubo o bahing, naiiiwasan ang pagkalat ng mga virus at mikrobyo sa iba. Sa paggamit ng loob ng siko o tisyu – at hindi iyong kamay – sa pag-ubo o pagbahing, naiiwasan ang paglipat ng kontaminadong droplet sa iyong kamay. Dahil dito, napipigilan ang paglipat ng virus sa tao o bagay.
4. Iwasan ang matatao na lugar at malapit na pakikipagsalamuha sa taong may lagnat o uboIwasan ang matataong lugar, lalo na kung and iyong edad ay 60 pataas o may dati nang karamdaman gaya ng altapresyon, diyabetis, sakit sa puso at baga o kanser. Panatilihin ang hindi bababa sa 1 metrong pagitan mula sa iyo at sa kung sinumang may lagnat o ubo.

Bakit? Pangunahing kumakalat ang COVID-19 sa pamamagitan ng droplet na lumabas mula sa bibig o ilong kapag umubo o bumahing ang isang tao. Sa pag-iwas sa mga matataong lugar, nilalayo mo ang iyong sarili (ng hindi bababa sa 1 metro) mula sa mga taong maaaring may COVID-19 o sinumang may iba pang may sakit.

5. Manatili sa bahay kung ikaw ay may sakit

Manatili sa bahay kung ikaw ay may nararamdamang sakit, kahit sinat at ubo lang.

Bakit? Sa pagpanatili sa loob ng bahay at hindi pagpunta sa trabaho o iba pang lugar, gagaling ka ng mas mabilis at maiiwasan ang pagkalat ng sakit sa ibang tao.
6. Kung ikaw ay may lagnat, ubo at hirap sa pag-hinga, magpakonsulta agad – ngunit tawagan mo muna ang health facilityKung ikaw ay may lagnat, ubo at hirap sa pag-hinga, magpakonsulta ng maaga – kung kakayanin, tumawag muna sa ospital o health center para masabihan ka kung saan ka pupunta.

Bakit? Makatutulong ito upang masiguro na tama ang payong mabibigay sayo, ikaw ay maituro sa tamang health facility, at maiwasan mong makahawa sa iba.

7. Kumuha ng impormasyon sa mapagkakatiwalaang awtoridad

Alamin ang pinakabagong impormasyon tungkol sa COVID-19 mula sa mapagkakatiwalaang artoridad. Siguraduhing ang impormasyon ay mula sa maaasahang mga tagapagsalita – ang Department of Health, World Health Organization (WHO), o iyong lokal na health worker. Dapat ay alam ng lahat ang sintomas – sa karamihan ay nagsisimula ang COVID-19 sa lagnat at tuyong ubo.



Bakit? Ang lokal at pambansang awtoridad ang may alam tungkol sa pinakabagong impormasyon kung kumakalat na ba ang COVID-19 sa iyong lugar. Sila ang mas nakakaalam kung anong tamang payo na dapat ibigay sa iyong lugar, upang maprotektahan ng mga tao ang kanilang sarili.


Base sa WHO, wala pang kumpiramadong oras kung gaano nagtatagal o nagsu-survive ang virus ng COVID-19 sa mga bagay o kagamitan. Subalit maaaring tulad ito ng ibang coronaviruses. Ipinapakita sap ag-aaral na ang coronaviruses ay maaaring mag-survive sa mga bagay o kagamitan sa loob ng maiksing oras hanggang sa ilang mga araw depende sa iba’t ibang kondisyon (hal. Uri ng kagamitan, temperature, at humidity sa kapaligiran).
Ito ay naipapasa ng tao-sa-tao sa pamamagitan ng pagsagap ng mga malilit na talsik ng laway mula sa pagsasalita, pagbahing, o pag-ubo ng isang taong may COVID-19. Ito ay karaniwang nangyayari sa mga taong may malapitang pakikisalamuha sa may sakit – tulad ng mga kapamilya at healthcare workers kaya mariing pinapayo na panatilihin ang isang metrong layo sa mga taong may sintomas tulad ng pag-ubo at pagbahing.

Umabot na sa 51,563 ang Nadiskubreng Doble-Doble ang Natanggap na Ayuda!

Mas dumami pa ang nadiskubre ng DSWD na nakatanggap ng ayuda na doble-doble sa unang bugso pa lamang ng pamimigay. Ang iba ay nakatanggap na sa DOLE, sa SSS SBWS, sa SAP, maging sa pinapamigay ng DA at LTFRB.

Sa unang report ng DSWD habang ginagawa ang mga validation para sa pamimigay ng pangalawang tranche, ay nadiskubre kaagad ang 22,000 mahigit na nadoble ang mga natanggap na cash aid. 

Sa pahayag ng DSWD sa kanilang briefing, lumobo pa ang bilang sa mahigit 51,000 na doble-doble ang ayudang natanggap sa gobyerno. Ilan sa mga ito ay nakatanggap na sa isang lalawigan o lungsod, at nakakuha pa ulit sa kabilang bayan o lugar.

Iniulat ng Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) na aabot na sa 51,563 ang bilang ng mga nadiskubre nitong duplications mula sa mga benepisyaryo ng unang tranche ng SAP.

Sa panayam sa programang Network Briefing, binigyang-diin ni DSWD Secretary Rolando Bautista na kaya mabusisi ang ginagawa nitong post-validation dahil sa natukoy na malaking bilang ng benepisyaryo noong unang tranche ang nakatanggap ng dagdag na ayuda mula sa ibang ahensya ng gobyerno.

Ayon sa kalihim, nais nitong makatiyak na magkakaron ng malinis na listahan para sa second tranche nang mailaan sa mga nararapat na benepisyaryo ang cash assistance ng pamahalaan lalo na sa limang milyong waitlisted.

Kaugnay nito, tuluy-tuloy din ang pakikipag-ugnayan ng DSWD sa local government units (LGUs) para sa magiging mekanismo ang distribusyon sa kani-kanilang lokalidad.

Base sa pinakahuling tala ng DSWD, nasa 1.3 million beneficiaries na mula sa 4Ps at waitlisted families mula sa Region 1, CAR, at Region 3 ang naunang nakatanggap ng second tranche ng SAP na nagkakahalaga ng P6.74-billion.

Target naman na isunod rito ng kalihim ang mga benepisyaryo sa Region IV-A sa susunod na linggo.

Samantala ang Department of Social Welfare and Development sa Region 6 (DSWD-6) ay kasalukuyang iniimbestigahan ang mahigit 31,000 na pamilya sa Western Viayas region na pinaniniwalaang tumanggap ng dobleng ayuda sa unang tranche

SAP beneficiaries should only receive once, but we have already found out that there were families who received twice,” Macapobre noted.

For instance, Macapobre said some family beneficiaries knowingly received numerous SAP cash aid by processing in two different municipalities.

There were also those heads of families who received separate cash aid from Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), Department of Agriculture (DA) or Social Security System (SSS).

22K Katao Doble ang Natanggap na Ayuda, 125K SSS SBWS Beneficiaries, di pa Naclaim ang Ayuda sa M.Lhullier

Doble-dobleng ayuda ng mahigit 22K katao, nadiskubre. Ito ang mga nakakuha ng ayuda ng dalawang beses sa kahit saan man sa mga ahensyang kagaya ng DOLE, sa SSS SBWS, o sa DSWD o LTFRB. 
Samantala, 50K sa first at 70K mahigit sa 2nd trance ng SSS SBWS or Small Business Workers Subsidy ang hindi pa nakukuha ang kanilang ayuda sa M.Lhullier at hanggang June 28 na lamang ito para makuha dahil kung hindi ibabalik ito para gagamitin sa iba pang proyekto ng gobyerno laban sa COVID-19

"Ito po 'yung sinasabi natin na pinaiigi ng DSWD ang pag-validate o pagproseso sa duplication, at ito nga po, napag-alaman natin," pahayag pa ni DSWD Undersecretary Rene Paje sa programang "Laging Handa" public briefing.
Ayun pa kay Usec Paje na ang DSWD ay pinagbigay alam na sa mga LGU para maaksyonan kung babawiin ba o kung ilalagay sa listahan ang mga pangalan ng mga nakatanggap ng doble-dobleng ayuda. 
"Kung ito naman kasi ay mga regular beneficiaries natin tulad ng 4Ps [Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program], mababawi po natin sapagkat hindi naman na natin isusunod 'yung kanilang kabayaran sa mga buwan na darating. Kung kaya't kung anong halaga 'yung nadoble sa kanila, mababawi po natin. Yun naman pong hindi kasapi sa 4Ps, ang LGU naman ang tututok sa kanila sapagkat yon po naman ay nasasakupan nila," ayun pa kay Usec Paje.
