This is the prototype of a Space Saving House Plans. An OFW from Saudi Arabia saw in our post this small and beautiful house design which he used as his house model in building his dream house. Set at the Visayas region of the Philippines, this kabayan was able to spend P500,000 in building this house including labor and materials. There are actually two varieties of design for this particular bungalow house design. This 50 square meter - 2 bedroom house design with combo living room and dining/kitchen area was built on a 100 square meter lot. What can you say about his house?
