Qualified ka ba sa 2nd Tranche ng SAP? Panoorin!

Sinu-sino nga ba ang qualified sa 2nd tranche ng Social Amelioration Program o SAP ng DSWD at paano ang paraan ng pamamahagi nito?

Narito ang pahayag ng DSWD na may kinalaman sa 2nd tranche ng pamamahagi ng Social Amelioration Program o cash subsidy para sa mga mahihirap na pamilya. Sa panayam kay DSWD Usec Rene Glen Paje sa UNTV

Ang mga walang smartphones naman ay itutuloy ang pamimigay sa mga big venues kagaya ng mga isinagawa noong una. Sa mga may kapansanan at mga senior citizens naman ay tutungo at sasadyain sa kanilang tahanan.

Namention din dito ang 5Milyon na mga waitlisted na kung saan ang mga kwalipikadong mahihirap noong unang tranche ay hindi nabigyan ng ayuda. Sila ang mga kwalipikado ngunit hindi nabigyan at nagpatala o nagfill-up ng form at validated na makakatanggap ng ayuda. Yung mga nagreklamo rin na dapat makakatanggap ay makakasama sa mga priority.

Sa pahayag ni Usec Paje, binigyang diin niya ang paggamit ng electronic o digital payment systems kung saan ang mga registered at validated na mga beneficiaries ay maaring tumanggap ng kanilang benefits mula sa mga digital payment system. Ito ay ihuhulog ng DSWD sa mga bangko at sila ang bahalang magdodownload sa mga digital payment systems.

Sa tanong kung sino ang priority, ang mga waitlisted ba na 5milyon ay posibleng maunang makatanggap ng mga ayuda ay sinabi ng kalihim na posibleng mauuna sila, pero ipapadaan pa sa IATF ang proseso kung sila ba ay mabibigyan ng dobleng ayuda dahil hindi sila nakatanggap noong unang tranche. 


SAAN MAGPAPALISTA PARA SA 2nd TRANCHE?
Kailangang kumpletuhan muna lahat at sabay sabay na ipapadala sa mga beneficiaries dahil yan ang nakalagay sa memorandum order ngunit sinisikap ng DSWD na mas mapabilis pa ang pamamahagi ng 2nd transche. 

Sa tanong kung kailan na magsisimula ang pamimigay ng 2nd tranche, sinabi pa ni Usec Paje na nakadepende sa kung gaano kabilis maisagawa ang mga liquidations at mga report at listahan ng validated beneficiaries ang mga LGUs.  Meron ng mga pwedeng magsimula ng pamimigay ng 2nd tranche ngunit dahil sa avalidations ay natatagalan dahil siniseguro na hindi madodoble ang benepisyong natanggap o matatanggap galing sa ibang ahensya ng pamahalaan kagaya ng DOLE, DSWD. LTFRB at SSS at iba pa.


Ang validation ay ginagawa kung saan ang ibang miyembro ng pamilya na nakatanggap na ng ibang benepisyo sa ibang ahensya ng gobyerno ay posibleng hindi na makatanggap muli dahil iniiwasan ang duplication ng pamimigay. 

SINO ANG SEGURADONG MAKATANGGAP sa 2nd TRANCHE ng SAP?

Ito po ang malinaw sa ngayon. Ang makakatanggap ng 2nd tranche ay ang mga nakawaitlisted o mahihirap na mga kwalipikadong dapat na makatanggap noong unang tranche pero hindi nakatanggap, at ang mga mahihirap na nakatanggap ng SAP noong 1st tranche pero wala natanggap na ibang benepisyo mula sa ibang ahensya ng gobyerno.
