A woman who was in her late 20's died while she was undergoing aesthetic procedures at a local clinic named The Icon Clinic located at Mandaluyong City.
Shiryl Saturnino, 29 was said to be a regular client of the clinic for years according to the clinic's lawyer, and the incident also saddened them as it was really unexpected and unfortunate.
Shyril underwent 3 aesthetic operation procedures which includes, liposuction, butt enhancement and breast augmentation simultaneously. Shortly after the procedure, the doctors noticed that Shiryl has no heartbeat. They called an ambulance and brought Shiryl to the hospital. After a moment, the victim was pronounced dead.
The family of the victim, however, seek to sue the clinic who did the operation procedures for what happened to their loved one. According to the mother, even if the patient agreed to do simultaneous operations, the doctor has to consider the patient's capability to be undergoing such kind of procedures and they are deemed answerable for their patient's death.
