BASAHIN: Advisory ng SSS sa mga lugar na nasa GCQ at MECQ

MANILA, Philippines — NAGLABAS ngayon ng advisory ang Social Security System o SSS ukol sa mga serbisyong ipinagkakaloob ng mga ito kasabay ng implementasyon ng General Community Quarantine o GCQ na may kasamang mga restrictions at Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine o MECQ sa iba't-ibang bahagi ng bansa.

Kabilang sa mga lugar na nasa General Community Quarantine with heightened or some restrictions ay ang mga sumusunod:

Laguna
Cavite
Baguio City
Kalinga
Mountain Province
Abra
Benguet
Isabela
Nueva Vizcaya
Quirino
Bantangas
Quezon
Iligan City
Davao del Norte
General Santos City

Lanao del Sur
Cotabato City

Ayon sa SSS, mula Hunyo 16 hanggang Hunyo 30, 2021, 50 porsyento lamang ang operation ng mga SSS branches sa nabanggit na mga lugar. Paalala din ng SSS, nasa skeletal force lamang ang trabaho ng nabanggit na mga brances simula alas-8:00 ng umaga hanggang alas-5:00 ng hapon, Lunes hanggang Biyernes.

Sa nasabing period, mananatiling available ang Dropbox System samatalang limitado naman ang walk-in transactions sa ilalim ng Branch Coding System ngunit magiging limitado lamang ito sa mga sumusunod na transaksiyon:

payment of contributions and loans;
compliance to SS number applications filed through the SSS website or SSS Mobile App for those who did not upload their supporting documents online;
pick-up of Unified Multi-Purpose Identification (UMID) Card;
presentation of original documents to support claim applications;
use of E-Center facilities for those who have no computer or internet at home; and
other justifiable reasons.
