Bakit 'di dapat i-post sa social media ang Philippine ID na natanggap mo!






MANILA, Philippines — NASA 1.7 million na national identification o ID cards na sa buong bansa ang nai-deliver ng Philippine Statistics Authority o PSA.

Ayon kay PSA Assistant Secretary Rose Bautista ang pamimigay ng Philippine Identification System o PhilSys o PSN at ang delivery ng Philippine ID o Phil ID ang ikatlo at final step ng PhilSys registration.

Kasabay nito, hinihikayat ngayon ni Bautista ang publiko na nakatanggap na ng kanilang PhilID na iwasan ang pagpost ng picture nito sa social media.

“Ang ating ID is something na dapat itinatago at hindi po ini-expose sa fraud (Our national ID is something that should be secured and not exposed to fraud), pahayag ni Bautista.

“Please lang, huwag ninyo gawin ‘yan. Ang ating ID is something na dapat tinatago at hindi ine-expose kasi sa fraud,” she said in a Laging Handa public briefing.

“Huwag nila i-expose ang kanilang PhilSys ID para hindi ito maging pang-engganyo para doon sa mga gustong magpeke,” dagdag pa nito.

Nagbabala naman ang PSA sa mga nagpaplanong ma-meke ng PhilID na may mga personnel silang nakatutuk sa pagtukoy sa mga pekeng ID at posibleng masampahan ang mga gumagawa nito.

“Mayroon tayong karampatang penalties, charges. Mayroon fraud management division dito sa PhilSys registry office na will look into at magpa-file ng mga kaso para doon sa mga madi-discover namin na mayroon kaming basehan na ito ay mga pekeng ID na prinesent nila,” pahayag ni Bautista.

Maliban sa 1.7 million na Filipinos na nakatanggap na ng kanilang national IDs, nasa 42 million naman ang nakapag-online register habang 30 million naman ang nakuhaan na ng biometrics.

Nasa limang milyon Filipino na rin umano ang nakapag-bukas ng bank account gamit ang kanilang PhilSys.

Target ng PSA na marehistro ang hindi bababa sa 70 million Filipinos sa PhilSys bago matapos ang 2021 at 50 million na makuhaan ng biometrics bago matapos ang taon.

ALAMIN: COVID-19 vaccine injury package ng PhilHealth!






MANILA, Philippines — PATULOY ang pamamakuna laban sa coronavirus disease o Covid-19 sa iba't-ibang bahagi ng Pilipinas. Masasabing normal ang mga pansamantalang side effects matapos ang vaccination dahil senyales ito ng immune response.

Ngunit may mga pagkakataon umano na nao-ospital ang isang tao matapos naturukan ng bakuna laban sa Covid-19. Dahil dito, naglabas ang Philippine Health Insurance Corporation o PhilHealth ng compensation package para sa mga injuries na iniuugnay sa Covid-19 vaccines.

Binuo ang COVID-19 vaccine injury compensation package ng PhilHealth base sa Republic Act No. 11525 o COVID-19 Vaccination Program Act of 2021. Iniutos ng batas ang pagtatag ng COVID-19 national vaccine indemnity fund kung saan sakop nito ang mga seryosong adverse effect matapos nabakunahan.

Epektiboo ang nabanggit na PhilHealth package para sa mga vaccine-related injury simula Marso 23, 2020 hanggang March 2, 2026 o hanggang sa matapos ang Covid-19 vaccination program ng gobyerno.

Sino ang eligible sa PhilHealth package na ito?

Sakop ng benefit package na ito ng PhilHealth ang mga individual na nakaranas ng injury mula sa vaccination program ng gobyerno.

Kasama rin dito ang public sector at maaaring ma-avail ng lahat na nakakuha ng kanilang Covid-19 vaccination mula sa national vaccination program. Ito ang kinumperma ni PhilHealth Vice President for Corporate Affairs Shirley Domingo.

Importante din na nabigyan ng emergency use authorization o EUA ang Covid-19 vaccine na naiturok.

Magkano ang package?

Ang maximum amount na P100,000 ay ibibigay sa pasyente para sa hospitalization na resulta ng Covid-19 vaccination.  Sakali namang nag-resulta ng permanent disability at kamatayan ang pamamakuna, mabibigyan P100,000 ang beneficiary nito.

Ano-ano ang mga requirements?

Ayon sa PhilHealth, may isasagawang causality assessment na magsisilbing ebidensiya na may causal link sa pagitan ng injury at ng Covid-19 vaccine na ginamit.

Dapat makita sa resulta ng causality assessment ang "vaccine product-related reaction" o "vaccine quality defect-related reaction."

Ang mga beneficiaries ay dapat mag-file ng vaccine injury claim direkta sa PhilHealth. Kailangan ng mga ito na mag-sumite ng claim form na may additional documents bilang proof of hospitalization, permanent disability, o death as listed below.

Para sa hospitalization claims:
  • Proof of COVID-19 vaccination (vaccination card or slip)
  • Vaccine injury assessment survey
  • Statement of account per hospital admission
  • Official receipt indicating deductions from PhilHealth benefits, private insurers, and out-of-pocket payment for hospital bills
Para sa permanent disability claims:
  • Medical certificate
  • Vaccine injury assessment survey accomplished by the attending physician
  • Other documents that may be required to support the disability claim which can include a physical examination report describing the disabling manifestation and signed by a duly licensed physician.
Para sa survivorship claims in cases of death:
  • Vaccine injury assessment survey duly accomplished by the attending physician
  • Certified true copy of the principal's death certificate
