A bank employee in Dubai accused a Yemeni police officer in Dubai for sexually harassing her inside the suspect's car. However, the suspect has pleaded not guilty when he appeared before the Court of First Instance on October 1.
The victim, a Filipina, 26, said she met with the suspect in a coffee shop in Deira to promote their bank’s new credit card in May, as reported by Gulf News.
Court records show that the Filipina said the policeman said that he wanted to finish the transaction at the bank where she is working to make sure it wasn’t a scam. He then escorted her to his car.
On the way to the bank, the policeman purposely missed the turn to the bank, kept driving and pulled over to a parking lot where he did the lascivious crime.

“He moved to the back seat where I was sitting and undressed me forcibly. He coerced me to perform oral sex on him. He also abused me sexually when he failed to rape me. After he dropped me at a petrol station to wash up, I locked myself inside a washroom and called my friend for help,” the Filipina said.
A police officer testified in the court and said the suspect is denying the charges against him, saying it all happened with the Filipina’s own free will.
“During questioning, the suspect claimed that the saleswoman performed oral sex on him and massaged him,” the police lieutenant said.
The suspect is yet to be convicted and will be decided on next hearing which is scheduled on October 29, 2017.
