The medical exam costs Php2,500 to Php4,000 and  usually takes a whole day .Your employment agency will normally ask you to take a 12-hour fasting prior to the test. After the laboratory exam, you are free to eat anything for your nourishment. If you fail to do a proper fasting, you are most likely to retake your lab exam especially the blood sugar test.A lot of applicants tend to retake this exam because of poor fasting so it is always better to follow the correct instructions.
