Is there any solutions for poverty out there?

Perhaps we can create and develop skills training down to the affected areas all throughout the Philippines, especially to areas with higher number or percentage of extreme poverties.

According to reports, here are some of the poorest provinces in the Philippines;
Lanao del Sur
Eastern Samar
Apayao
Maguindanao
Zamboanga del Norte
Sarangani
North Cotabato
Negros Oriental

While the poverty incidence in the Philippines has eased in the first semester of 2015, residents of many provinces remain poor and do not have the income needed to meet basic food and non-food needs.
According to the Family Income and Expenditure Survey (FIES) conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA), the country's first-semester poverty incidence among population has gone down to 26.3% from 28.8% in 2006.
Regionally, however, poverty incidence has increased in the National Capital Region (NCR), Region 8, and the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (ARMM).
