Batas: Ito ang Gagawin Kapag Pinilit o Pinalayas ka Dahil sa Bayad sa Upa/Renta

Patong patong ang mga bills sa ilaw at tubig, internet at bayaran sa renta dahil sa halos 2 buwang walang trabaho ang mga tao. Ang isang pamilyang nangungupahan, tinanggalan na ng bubong at pintuan ang nirerentahang bahay dahil sa galit na landlady dahil 2 months na hindi nakakabayad.
Isa sa mga kinakaharap na suliranin ng mga kababayan nating Pilipino ngayon ay kung paano makakabayad ng upa sa mga may ari ng bahay. Karamihan sa ating mga kababayan ay nangungupahan lamang lalong lalo na ang mga kababayan nating nakatira sa Metro Manila. Dahil sa ipinatupad na Enhanced Community Quarantine ngayon maraming Pilipino ang nawalan ng trabaho. 
Ayun pa kay Pangulong Duterte: "Marami na pong report sa akin na yung mga taong ngayon na tumitira sa upahan na mga bahay, they are being pressured to pay. Alam mo, lahat tayo nawalaan ng income so I'd like to ask the owners na kung maaari to suspend yung sa bahay. Huwag mo muna singilin kasi wala talaga. And whatever na ang nasa kamay ng mga tao ngayon, they are saving it for the rainy days to come."

Isa sa mga tugon ng ating gobyerno sa suliraning ito ay ang paglabas nila ng batas na “Bayanihan Act of 11469” nakapaloob sa batas na ito ang mahigpit na ipinagbabawal ang paniningil ng renta ng mga may ari ng bahay.

Paano makakabayad ang ating mga kababayan ?
Ayun sa mga kinauukulan ay maaaring bayaran ng "installment" ang mga utang na hindi nabayaran sa may ari ng bahay sa loob ng anim na buwan. Mayroon din silang tinatawag na "30 days grace period" kung saan ay binibigyan ng palugit na magbayad ng kanilang rental fees sa loob ng 30 days pag katapos ng ECQ.

 Ayun pa kay DTI Usec Ruth Castelo: "Meron po tayong Memorandum Circular No. 20-12. This is a concession para matulungan ang mga kababayan natin not only for those in business but also for residential tenancy, yung mga bahay po nila na inuupahan, alam naman natin maraming mga hindi nakapagtrabaho during the ECQ, or the commercial establishments, yung mga umuupa po ng commercial spaces nila, for Micro Small and Medium Enterprises, ito po yung ginawa ng DTI; meron po silang grace period na 30 days, ibig sabihin within 30 days po from the time na matapos yung ECQ, pag nalift na po ang ECQ, hindi pa po sila pwedeng singilin. Pag siningil na po sila pwede po nilang idivide into 6 installment yung mga rental na nagaccumulate during the ECQ period. 

 PAANO KUNG HINDI PUMAYAG ANG MAY ARI NG BAHAY ?

Maaaring ireklamo sa DTI ang mga may ari ng paupahan na pilit paring naniningil sa gitna ng Enhanced Community Quaratine . Maaring sundan ang proseso  na ito:
  1. Kompletong Pangalan, address at numero ng iyong telepono
  2.  Kompletong Pangalan, address at numero ng telepono ng may ari ng bahay
  3. Kompletong address ng paupahan
  4. Due date ng Renta
  5. Tala ng iyong reklamo,pangyayari o kahit anong ebidensya na maaaring gamitin.
Ayon pa sa DTI Usec Ruth Castelo: Kung merong mga gustong maningil o magevict sa kanila, DTI Fair Trade enforcements bureau po ang incharge dito, ireport lang po sa amin sa consumercare@dti.gov.ph or sa consumer hotline # 1384, DTI will take immediate action para hindi sila maevict, hindi sila singilin o bigyan natin ng mas mahabang concession para sa kanila.

Maine Mendoza Namimigay ng P1000 Via GCASH sa mga Apektado ng Lockdown at #COVID19

Ilalagay ko po dito ang lahat ng link, pati mga social media posts ng actress na si Maine Mendoza kung saan nakadetalye ang panawagan ng actress na mamimigay siya ng tulong na P1000 sa mga household na apektado ng lockdown at ito ay kanyang idadaan sa GCASH. Para makaseguro kayo na hindi FAKE NEWS at legit itong posts, nilagay ko ang mga screenshot ng news galing sa GMA NEWS, ABS-CBN at RAPPLER.

As we all know, we are facing one of the biggest challenges not only in our country but the whole world as well. The COVID-19 virus has been continuously affecting all sorts of people, regardless of their status in the society. We are all required to stay at home, but some people, especially our frontliners, whether be it in the government, food and medical industry have been trying their best to fulfill their duty as our modern heroes on these difficult times. But the world won’t stop despite the peril of the virus. Consider yourself blessed, if despite all, you can purchase food and sanitation supplies (even hoard!) for your homes. But what about those workers who live on a day-to-day basis? Now that they are obliged not to go to work, how can they survive?
This leads me to start this drive. I will be launching my DoNation Drive to help in my own little way, those who are greatly affected by this catastrophe. I know how hard it is for these people nowadays to sustain their living so I decided to share as much as I can to them. I will be sending P1,000 per household. (for food groceries and other essentials) This is to help as many employees as possible."


DoNation Drive’s (Yahoo) mail has malfunctioned. I have been trying to fix the problem since last night but I cannot seem to get it to work. I’ve tried google-ing for solutions and took some instructions from Twitter peeps as well but none of it worked.

If you could indicate your occupation and age on the title part, please do. And do not forget to attach photos of your ID and proof of employment (for some)/any proof of your job. Do not forget to put your g-cash registered numbers, too.
TANDAAN: WALA PO TAYONG PINIPILING TRABAHO. Sa madaling salita, kahit sino pwede. PUV driver, construction worker, palengke vendor, helper/kasambahay, mangingisda, magsasaka, maintenance, technician, street sweeper atbp. Pwedeng-pwede po.
And if you know someone who needs help/assistance in this time of crisis (sila nanay, tatay, lolo, lola na nasa palengke o kalsada) please be the one to send an email for them. I’d appreciate it so much! Maraming salamat po!

Sa lahat po ng nagtatanong:
Pwedeng-pwede po ang mga PUV drivers (tricycle, jeep, bus etc.) Magsend lang din po ng driver’s license at operator’s permit/TODA ID.
Pati po mga construction workers, street/market vendors, labandera at iba pang mga trabaho na walang maibibigay na proof of employment. Magsend lang din po ng litrato na magpapatunay na iyon po ang inyong trabaho/hanap-buhay at kahit anong uri ng ID.
Kahit ano po ang trabaho niyo, pwedeng-pwede po kayo magsend ng email.
Sa mga may kakilala naman po na lubos na ngangailangan at walang telepono, gcash, o email na maaaring gamitin, pwede din po na kayo ang mag-email para sakanila. Lalo na po yung mga street sweepers/vendors po natin na hindi naman “techy”.
Huwag niyo lang din po kalimutan ilagay ang inyong cellphone number na nakaregister sa GCASH. Kung wala po kayong Gcash account, idownload niyo lang po yung application at irehistro ang iyong numero. Libre lang po ang pag-register. Kung wala pong data o internet, makiconnect nalang po muna sa kapitbahay.
