In order to be deployed, they would seek the help of recruitment agencies and believe and follow what the recruiters would tell them to do. Many agencies make a good fortune by "helping" people land on their desired job. Some job applicants even do desperate things to produce the needed money just to make sure that they will get that overseas job. Some even sell their valuables such as parcels of land, cars, and they even find someone to lend them cash to the extent that they would be neck deep in debt. Little that they know that some illegal and even legal recruitment agencies take advantage of them by asking too much money without even issuing a receipt.
