  • There is a risk of brain damage. When the habit is deeply-rooted, neural problems can occur over time. This can result in the reduction of a person's ability to memorize, to concentrate, and to solve the problem.
  • It increases physical problems. If we do not sleep, our bodies suffer. It can increase appetites and result in weight problems.
