According to POEA Admin Hans Cacdac, nurses who wants to apply for jobs in Germany may apply directly to POEA or through private agencies, as long as the private agency is licensed and has valid job order approved by POEA. To apply directly to POEA, applicants need to sign-up for POEA E-registry Account
