According to DTI, a total of 57 cases of undelivered box and 1 missing package has been recorded since January of this year. DTI warned the public to be wary of freight forwarding companies who are offering lower cargo rates.They also encourage the public to check if the cargo forwarder or consolidator are accredited by DTI by checking on their website.DTI also reminded the OFWs to refrain from sending prohibited items like legal tenders,guns and ammunitions,illegal drugs,pornographic materials,pirated dvd's,plants and seeds,any items in commercial quantities,fresh food products.
