To develop and provide convenient first level support, and quality ICT solutions to clients. This includes taking and handling calls from clients on IT-related problems, IT concerns requiring troubleshooting, creating of user accounts, re-setting of passwords, management of reported incidents or IT-related concerns, escalating reported incidents to proper parties, if and when needed.
