Here's the Good News: The Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) passengers can now enjoy unlimited high-speed WiFi access for Free.

Internet provider PLDT-Smart assures internet speeds of up to 1 gigabit per second.

The unlimited high-speed wifi access was launch in NAIA Terminal 1 last Thursday and will be free until the Duterte administration’s 100th day in office on October 10. 


According to Transportation Secretary Arthur Tugade, he sought help from the private sector including the group of PLDT and Smart chairman, president and CEO Manuel V. Pangilinan, for the provision of free WiFi in all establishment that creates entry and exits for the country. 

Tugade said, MVP Group committed free high-speed Smart WiFi spots to be set up at 23 public transport hubs nationwide, including 18 airports, three major railway systems, and two sea ports, in the first 100 days of the Duterte administration.

But PLDT clarified that the free unlimited WiFi access will be until October 10


After October 10, the first hour will be free and charges will apply for the succeeding hours of WiFi access.
