Argentina Coast Guard Sank Chinese Fishing Vessel

A Chinese vessel was caught fishing illegally in the economic zone of Argentina (ZEEA).
According to report, Argentina Coast Guard made audible and visual signals, and the radio calls were made in Spanish and English. However instead on responding to the call of Argentina Coast Guard, the Chinese vessel turned off its lights and deliberately tried to crash which can be seen in the video below:

"On distinct occasions, the offending boat realized maneuvers aimed at colliding with the coast guard, putting not only its own crew at risk, but also the personnel of the coast guard," the statement said.

This action gave the Argentina Coast Guard no choice but to open fire which caused damage to the fishing vessel. The ship sank and three members of its crew and the captain were rescued by Argentina Coast Guard. The other 28 members of its crew were also saved by another Chinese fishing vessel nearby.
