MANILA, Philippines — DAAN-DAAN na namang mga foreclosed properties for sale ang inilabas ng Pag-IBIG Fund ngayong Hunyo at naka-takda sa iba't-ibang public bidding.
Mga properties ito "under negotiated sale" na makikita sa iba't-ibang bahagi ng bansa. May inaalok din na discount ang Pag-IBIG Fund sa mode of payment sa mga properties na ito.
Sa mga magbabayad ng cash sa loob lamang ng isang buwan, makakatanggap ang mga ito ng 30% discount sa halaga ng property habang sa mga mag-a-apply naman ng Short Term Installment o STI, 20% discount ang inaalok ng Pag-IBIG Fund. Sa ilalim ng STI, babayaran ang napiling property sa loob ng isang taon na may 6.375 interest rate per annum.
Sa mga nagnanais naman na isailalim sa Long Term Installment o LTI ang bibilhing property, may 10% na discount ang Pag-IBIG.
