Call NAIA HOTLINE For Any Concerns At The Airport

Airport passengers can now call the MIAA hotline for concerns or complains regarding services at the airport. Airline passengers can call 877-1111 “if they have immediate concerns when they are inside the building. Let’s say they have complaints about vehicle drivers. They can call, identify where they are and someone will come to respond,” said MIAA general manager Ed Monreal. The Customers Relation Department at NAIA will manage the 24/7 hotline. They will receive the complains and assist the passengers at the airport regarding their concerns. Aside from the hotline, they can also send text messages to MIAA in its SMS assistance service called Text NAIA with mobile phone number 09178396242. Passengers can also use NAIA’s trunkline, 877-1109, which is handled by 14 operators. Airport passengers can call the following numbers for their complains or concerns.  DUTERTE WILL REPLICATE 911 DAVAO TO 911 PHILIPPINES STARTING AUGUST 2016!

The Duterte administration will launch its 24-hour hotline next month according to
Presidential Communications Secretary Martin Andanar.
The “8888” plus the 911 hotline will be launched to receive peoples complaints.The former emergency hotline 117 will be then changed to 911 .

At his first Cabinet meeting after his inauguration,President 
Duterte vowed to put up a complaint hotline.

“l am setting up a complaint office, 24 hours, manned by 10 operators, covering the entire country. The number will be 8888. They can report to me any complaint and there will be a manager who will redirect the complaint to the proper office,” the President said during the televised Cabinet meeting.
