ICT or Information and Communication Technology is a skills training program of Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) that aims to bridge the communication gap through the use of internet between OFW and his or her family.
The program is given for free for OFWs and their dependents where they can learn on how to use the basic application such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
Other than this, digital media fundamentals, web design fundamentals, word processing fundamentals and presentation fundamentals are being taught.

Our ICT Skills training is free and is a productive way of spending their free time. With computer literacy, it will help the participants in finding better job opportunities.
Aside from connection between and OFW and their family and friends, the ICT is opening another opportunity in the world of employment for OFWs beneficiaries or dependents.

WHO CAN AVAIL OF THE PROGRAM?
- OFWs whether they are vacationing or inactive
- OFW's dependent (spouse, children not more than 18 years of age)
Interested applicant may register at OWWA Regional Office in your area and submit the following documents;
WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS NEEDED?
1. For Active OFWs
- Duly filled up an application form from OWWA office
- 1x1 ID picture
- photocopy of OFW’s passport
- Visa
- Seaman's Book (for sea base)
- valid OWWA membership of the OFW (proof of active membership or OWWA receipts)
2. For OFW dependents
A. CHILD
- Application Form
- 1x1 ID Picture
- Photocopy of OFWs passport
- NSO Birth Certificate
- Applicant must not be 21-years of age
- Application Form
- 1x1 ID Picture
- Photocopy of OFWs passport
- NSO marriage certificate
- Application Form
- 1x1 ID Picture
- Photocopy of OFWs passport
- Active OFW must be single
- Applicant must be single and not more than 21-years old
- NSO Authenticated Birth Certificate of an OFW and the applicant to establish the relationship
- Certificate of No Marriage (Cenomar) of applicant
Applicants must also bring additional requirements as follows;
- Any school records, (transcript of records, from 137 or school cards, high school or college diploma)
- Barangay Clearance
- Cedula
