Cebu Pacific announced in a statement that it started waiving fees for rebooking and flight details changes made within 24 hours of the original booking starting August 1.
Previously, passengers are paying P1,500 for rebooking of domestic flights, P2,300 for short-haul flights and P2,500 for long-haul flights. Penalties were also waived for booking amendments that will require changes to the flight sequence , the airline said.

Meanwhile, Philippine Airlines announced that they are giving 50% discount for their Wi-Fi connection on international flights making their passengers connected even in the mid-air for cheaper fee.
Through the myPALWiFI upgrade plans, PAL passengers can have free wi-fi access (15 MB) for the first 30 minutes and a 50 % off for the entire flight.
The subscription plans starts at USD 5 for 35 MB while the 150 MB plan will cost USD 20.
