Promo period is from July 1, 2018, to March 31, 2019
The raffle promo is open to all qualified Pag-IBIG Fund members, both local and overseas Filipinos, with a remittance of upgraded Pag-IBIG I savings amounting to at least Php600.00 per month covering the period of June 2018 onwards. The transaction dates shall be from July 1, 2018, to March 31, 2019.
Two (2) electronic raffle numbers will be issued for every Php600.00 Pag-IBIG I savings per month. The raffle number with a letter prefix will be included in the raffle draw of consolation prizes while the other raffle number without a letter prefix will be included in the raffle draw of cash prizes.
4. The letter prefixes in the raffle numbers which will be electronically generated, corresponding to the group where the member is paying his savings, as shown in the table below:
5.One (1) BONUS electronic raffle number without a letter prefix will also be issued to a member upon registration to the raffle promo (one time only) and upon validation of the initial remittance of the required upgraded Pag-IBIG I savings.
6. Modified Pag-IBIG II (MP2) savings, upgraded Pag-IBIG I savings which are part of housing loan amortizations and Pag-IBIG I savings reclassified due to overpayment of short-term loan amortizations are excluded from the raffle promo.
7. All Pag-IBIG Fund employees - regular, direct-hired/agency-hired contractual, job order personnel, consultants, and members of the Pag-IBIG Fund Board of Trustees - are disqualified from joining the raffle promo.
8. How to join the raffle promo:
a) Remit the required upgraded Pag-IBIG I savings.
b) Visit www.pagibigfund.gov.ph and click the "Pag-IBIG DAGDAG-IPON RAFFLE PROMO PART 3" banner/icon.
c) Enter Pag-IBIG Membership Identification (MID) Number and all other required information.
i: The MID Number should be the same with the Pag-IBIG MID Number used in the remittance of upgraded Pag-IBIG I savings.
ii: A member's MID number can be confirmed/validated at any Pag-IBIG office.
9. A Pag-IBIG member will receive an initial email from the Pag-IBIG Fund to confirm his/her successful registration to the raffle promo. Another email message will be sent to the member that will indicate the electronic raffle numbers corresponding to his/her remittances.
10. Online registration to the raffle promo shall be done ONLY ONCE.

2. There will be consolation prize winners for each group (NCR North East, NCR South West, Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao, and Overseas) while the winners of cash prizes will be selected regardless of the group.
3. A Pag-IBIG member can only win once during a draw. Should he/she win more than once during the same raffle draw date, the higher prize will be awarded. Non-winning raffle numbers will automatically be included in the succeeding raffle draw.
4. The winners will be determined via a manual raffle draw to be witnessed by representatives from the Pag-IBIG Fund Internal Audit Group and Commission on Audit (COA).
5. Pag-IBIG Fund reserves the right to validate/certify whether or not a winning member is an eligible Pag-IBIG member and his/her membership savings account satisfies the criteria set in the promo mechanics.
6. The cash prizes will be awarded in the form of a check made payable to the confirmed winner. All other prizes are non-transferable nor are convertible to cash.
7. Every winning entry will be confirmed/certified by the Pag-IBIG Fund Raffle Promo Committee, Pag-IBIG Fund Internal Audit Group, and Commission on Audit representatives.
8. Pag-IBIG Fund will shoulder all applicable taxes of the raffle prizes.
9. Pag-IBIG Fund reserves the right to reschedule raffle draws if deemed necessary. The Fund will notify the public of any such changes thru, among others, the Fund's official website and Facebook page.

CLAIMING AND NOTIFICATION
1. All winners will be notified within ten (10) working days from the date of the raffle draw by telephone, e-mail, and/or registered mail.
2. Winners of each draw will also be announced in major newspapers in the country and in the Pag-IBIG Fund's official website and Facebook page.
3. Prizes must be claimed within one (1) year from receipt of notification from Pag-IBIG Fund. Otherwise, they will be forfeited and offered as prizes in other related activities of Pag-IBIG Fund for its members.
4. Upon claiming of prizes, winners must present the following:
- Two (2) valid IDs with picture (e.g. passport & any government-issued IDs)
- Pag-IBIG Fund Receipt or Transaction/Remittance Slip - corresponding to the winning raffle number (if applicable)
- Notification Letter from Pag-IBIG Fund
Note: Pag-IBIG Fund reserves the right to request for additional documents from the winner if deemed necessary.
5. An authorized representative may also claim the prize on behalf of the winner provided he/she presents two (2) valid IDs with a picture, winner's duly-signed Authorization Letter, and all other requirements from the winner. For cash prizes, original copy of notarized Special Power of Attorney must be presented.
6. Pag-IBIG Fund reserves the right to disclose and publish the names, photos, and other information of all winners as deemed appropriate.
