With the PBR website, the certificate can even be printed in the comfort of their own home. Here are the steps you have to take to secure that certificate. Overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) in the United Arab Emirates (UAE)who currently has current unpaid loans are urged to apply for the LRP until October 1.
