Meditation Bus Introduced By A Filipina In California, USA


Meditation has been known for thousands of years in releasing stress and promote healing. Earliest written record of meditation was traced about 1500BC in India. Their meditation practice was derived from a hindu tradition called Vedantism. Taoists in China also developed their form of meditation as being done with the monks. In the 18th century, meditation has reached the west and later being widely practiced across the globe. Jackie Corwin, hailed from Laguna, Philippines said that in her work as a mortgage banker, she used to get migraines caused by stress from her job. That's where meditation helped her. Corvin has been doing meditation for 12 years saying that its a way for her to relax after a stressful day.  Corvin now wants to make people aware of the benefits of meditation, that's where the meditation bus idea came from. Inside the bus, there are many meditation pods equipped with noise cancelling headphone and iPad with binaural relaxing beats made specifically to aid your meditation. Corvin also said that  while doing meditation, you should be awre of your breathing— when and where to inhale and exhale.  The meditation bus offers 15 minutes of free meditation. It is scheduled to be  launched formally at the bay area on February 23, 2018.
