One Stop Service Center for OFWs (OSSCO) is now available at 15 location nationwide. Ten of this is in provinces outside Metro Manila.
According to the press release of Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA), one-stop centers for OFWs are now available at the following locations:
1. Manna Mall, San Fernando City, La Union
2. City Tourism Office, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan
3. Baguio Convention Center, Baguio City
4. Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga
5. OWWA Regional Office 4A in Calamba City
6. Robinson’s Place, Puerto Princesa City,
7. Pacific Mall, Legaspi City
8. SM City, Cebu City
9. Robinson’s Place, Iloilo City
10. Robinson’s Place, Bacolod City
11. DOLE Regional Office No. 8, Tacloban City
12. Goodwill Center, Zamboanga City
13. OWWA Regional Office No. 10, Cagayan de Oro City
14. Butuan City Hall Complex, Butuan City
15. New City Hall, Koronadal City

- Passport validity extension for Balik-Manggagawa (vacationing Workers)
2.Overseas Welfare Workers Administration (OWWA)
- Processing of OWWA membership/renewal of membership
3. Technical Education and Skills Development (TESDA)
- Assistance for competency assessment
- Verification of certificates and special order
- Assistance forrReplacement of National Certificates (NC)/ Certificates of Competency (COC)
- Training assistance and scholarship program
- Professional Regulation Commission (PRC)
- Issuance of Professional License
4. Maritime Industry Authority (MARINA)
- Issuance/revalidation of seaman’s book
5. Home Development Mutual Fund (HDMF)
- Processing of Pag-ibig membership
- Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PHIC)
- Payment of Philhealth contribution
- Member registration and updating 8.
6. Social Security System (SSS)
- Registration and membership data amendment
- Acceptance of loan and benefits claim applications

- Processing of travel tax exemption and reduced travel tax

- Documentation of workers (Landbased and Seabased)
- Documentation of workers-on-leave/Balik-Manggagawa
- Registration of land based worker-applicants

The service centers will be open from 8 am to 5 pm from Monday to Friday.
