* Update: DOLE Secretary Silvestre Bello III has issued Administrative Order No. 25 suspending the processing of OEC for Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) bound to Kuwait. The OEC suspension is made in the interest of justice, pending the investigation of  HSWs who died in Kuwait  as stated in the AO.
