On any given website, security is vital especially when it is a website owned by the government. hackers are so innovative and resourceful these days that they even penetrated a huge website just recently.
If you try to access www.passport.gov.ph, it will direct you to a page that says your connection is not private, however, clicking "advanced" on thae page reveals that the security of the site has expired explaining the unsecure prompt.
