The Royal Caribbean Cruise Leisure Company has a training facility in Maragondon Cavite managed by Philippine Center for Advanced Maritime Simulation and Training (PHILCAMSAT) a continuing education, training center and state-of-the-art simulator facility under the PTC Group. They are also opening an assessment center for job applicants at the Mall of Asia.
