APPLICATION PROCESS: POEA Recruiting For Germany On Gov-to-Gov Agreement (TRIPLE WIN)

According to Admin Hans Cacdac of POEA, the POEA is looking for qualified applicants for employment in Germany.

Job applicants should register for E-Registry Account first and submit required documents at POEA Mandaluyong. The deadline for submition of application is on July 29.

“We are now accepting qualified applicants for nurses for deployment in Germany under the Triple Win Project,” said Cacdac.

To apply as ICU nurse the requirements are as follows:

•Filipino citizen and permanent resident of the Philippines; •with Bachelor of Science in Nursing (four years professional education); •active Philippine Nursing License; at least two years of professional experience as nurse in hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and care institutions

Salary starts at €1,900 (gross) could be increased to €2,300 after recognition as a qualified nurse.

The POEA is still recruiting nurses for Germany under the TRIPLE WIN Project.

Labor Secretary Rosalinda Baldoz, recently met with German government officials led by Parliamentary State Secretary Thorben Albrect. Due to the shortage in nurses specializing in geriatric care, the officials expressed their preference to recruit or hire Filipino nurses instead.

In March 2013, the government of the Philippines and Germany signed an agreement to hire nurses on a government to government basis.

So far, 222 nurses had been accepted, and 128 are already deployed to work in Germany. While the rest are still completing their German language training in Philippines-which is FREE of charge.
WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS TO APPLY and PROCESS OF APPLICATION:

1. Male/Female with minimum of 2 years experience in Geriatric Care/Nursing Home;
2. With active Philippine Nursing License;

3. Willing to undergo 6 months or more German Language Training and/or with German Language Background;

4. Filipino citizen and permanent resident of the Philippines;

5. Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing;
Qualified applicants should register online for an E-Registry Account, and personally submit the following documents (fastened in a folder) at the:

Manpower Registry Division, Window T, Ground Floor, Blass F. Ople Bldg. (formerly POEA Bldg.) Ortigas Avenue corner EDSA Mandaluyong City:

• Cover letter and curriculum vitae with colored passport size picture, in English and if possible , in German
• High School Diploma (notarized copy)
• Diploma of nursing (notarized copy)
• Board Certificate from Professional Regulation Commission
• Certificate of Employment from former employers (notarized copy) • Certificate of German-language skills (if available)
• Copy of valid NBI (if available)
• Copy of valid passport Incomplete applications will not be considered.

Admin Hans Cacdac of POEA also said that they are allowing certain private recruitment companies to process the hiring process of nurses. He reminds the public that there is NO PLACEMENT FEE and NO LANGUAGE TRAINING COST for applicants.

We advise applicants who prefer to apply in private recruitment firms to verify first if the recruitment agency have valid licence and if they are recruiting with POEA approved job order.
