Rolando, a former OFW sought the help of Tulfo In Action, a program anchored by Mr. Raffy Tulfo on ABC 5, to complain about the maltreatment he has experienced in the hands of his live-in partner. According to him, he was driven out of the house and been sleeping elsewhere like a stray cat ever since he lost his job. he said he loved his live-in partner very much that he already gave everything but instead of receiving love, he got maltreatment and hate instead. Now all he want is for his live-in partner to leave the house and take back everything due to him and move on.

Raffy Tulfo talked to the live-in partner to resolve the problem between them and that's when he learned about the other side of the story that gave another twist.
According to Yolanda Esteban,his live-in partner who is also a former OFW, Rolando is a drunkard who is always making trouble everytime he is the influence of alcohol. They even experience maltreatment when he is drunk. They even filed a case against him due to his violent actions.
They both given a chance to talk to each other face to face to get things straight. Emotions and heartaches flood the meeting.
They were advised to split their properties including the house.
They both agreed to sell the house and divide the proceeds equally.
