President Rodrigo Duterte once again causes a stir after he cursed out a British journalist Jonathan Miller in a news conference last November 23.
Duterte was upset when Miller asks him about the high death toll of war on drugs.
The president gave a long answer relating on Saddam Hussein to Manuel Noriega and the U.S. war on drugs.
Duterte can be seen in the video asking Miller if he has any more questions. When Miller says “No,” Duterte responds “Give me the meaning of ‘hypocrisy’, and I will address myself to the international viewers.”
He can then be heard muttering “putang ina mo” –with the microphone still on.

In spite of the cursing, Duterte earned positive comments for his answers in social media. Some call him a legend, precious stone, and a leader that the world needs.
Here are some of the comments:
According to the journalist, the president may lash him out because of mistaken nationality.
Miller added he was unaware of what Duterte said until after the conference was over – although it did not particularly surprise him.
