Complete the following requirements for Passport Renewal
  • Duly accomplished passport application form (you can download below or get it at the Embassy.
  • Original passport
  • Photocopy of the passport (inside front cover and inside back cover)
  • Fee for passport is QR240.00
Note: the Personal appearance of an applicant is a must.

Applicants are advised to be in proper decent attire and avoid the following;
  • Gauzy, transparent shirts or blouse and pants that expose undergarments;
  • Sando, strapless or spaghetti-strap blouse;
  • Shirts/blouses with plunging necklines;
  • Walking shorts, cycling shorts, leggings, pants/shorts with very low waistlines;
  • Shorts / mini-skirts with cuts of more than three (3) inches above the knee;
  • Slippers

Philippine Embassy Qatar advises that release of the passport may take 1-2 months. You may receive text messages from the embassy if your passport is ready.

Because it takes a month or two to get your new passport, renew your passport six months before it expires to avoid any trouble.
