VIDEO OF THE CONVERSATION OF PNP Officer Ricardo LAYUG, Screening Officers CENA and GARCIA and Lane Michael WHITE
Via ABSCBN NEWS: "The lawyer of an American missionary allegedly victimized by the "tanim-bala" scam said there were several irregularities in the arrest and inquest of his client.
Atty. Ernesto Arellano said foreigner Lane Michael White, 20, visited the Philippines for the first time on September for missionary efforts with his father and stepmother. No bullet had been detected inside his luggage during his international flight from China."
"On September 16, the family's flight to Coron, Palawan was cancelled after a two-hour delay at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA). They then spent the night at a nearby hotel.
The family went back to the airport the following day, September 17, but failed to board the plane after airport security screeners claimed they found a bullet inside White's luggage.
Arellano said that after the luggage first passed through the machine, security screeners dug through the American's bag with their bare hands and laid out all its contents but failed to find the bullet."

OFW GOING TO HONGKONG, AGAIN A VICTIM OF LAGLAG BALA AT NAIA?
UPDATE 2:
An overseas Filipino worker (OFW) who was arrested for allegedly having a bullet in her luggage is in danger of losing her job in Hong Kong, her lawyer said Tuesday.

An overseas Filipino worker (OFW) who was arrested for allegedly having a bullet in her luggage is in danger of losing her job in Hong Kong, her lawyer said Tuesday.
An overseas Filipino worker (OFW) who was arrested for allegedly having a bullet in her luggage is in danger of losing her job in Hong Kong, her lawyer said Tuesday.
Atty. Spocky Farolan said his client, Gloria Ortinez, a household worker in Hong Kong, has yet to receive help from the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA).
"Ito po ang nakakalungkot: sa dami-dami na po ng mga government agency at mga opisyal na nagbigay ng pahayag, nagtataka po kami kung bakit wala pa kahit isa na pormal na komunikasyon na kami ay natanggap. Ni hindi pa man lang kami tinatawagan kahit ng OWWA para kamustahin ang kalagayan ni Nanay Gloria," Farolan told radio dzMM.
Farolan said they are independently clarifying Ortinez's employment status with her employer.
"Pagdating naman po sa kanyang employment, sa inisyal na usapan, baka nga po may panganib na baka hindi na talaga siya makabalik sa kanyang employer pero kinaklaro pa po namin. Ayaw pa po naming magsalita nang tapos hanggat hindi pa po nakakausap ulit iyung kanyang employer," he said.
Ortinez has been forced to stay in the country pending the investigation of her case.
Farolan added that Ortinez's employers had watched an interview on Umagang Kay Ganda where she said she is traumatized by her arrest after an airport screener found a bullet inside her bag.
"Siyempre po, tulad ng kinatatakutan, kahit mahal na mahal siya ng kanyang employer, siyempre may agam-agam na sila... Umaasa kami na sana nga po, makabalik pa siya sa kanyang employer na ito. Pero kung hindi man, sa kasamaang palad, nandoon na iyung posibilidad na hindi," he said.
Ortinez earlier said she did not know about the bullet, especially since there was no bullet detected in her bag when she was at the Laoag International Airport.
She was later released without having to post bail after the fiscal's office said the evidence submitted by the members of the Philippine National Police (PNP) Aviation Security Group is questionable.
PO3 Careen de Padua and PO1 Rommel Ballesteros were removed from their posts after the bullet they submitted to the fiscal's office was different from the one allegedly found in Ortinez's bag.
Ortinez also claimed that the airport officials who apprehended her forced her to pick up the bullet.
Farolan said ABS-CBN has helped Ortinez in seeking immediate help from a psychiatrist. The OFW is also coordinating with doctors from the University of the Philippines for long-term counseling.
Ortinez's camp is also seeking help from the Office of the Ombudsman should the OWWA remain impassive.
Another victim, another OFW from Hongkong was a victim of LAGLAG BALA GANG. We call on the attention of our leaders to investigate this matter and to put a lot of CCTV's in the area. I think, I believe, as an OFW, this woman is innocent and is a victim of the laglag-bala gang. What will be the benefit of bringing one piece of bullet in exchange for her dreams and aspirations for 30 years as OFW?

This news via HONGKONG NEWS: A domestic worker bound for Hong Kong was prevented from leaving the Philippines after security personnel found a bullet in her bag. Members of the Office for Transportation Security [OTS] claimed that they found a bullet of a Carbine rifle in her hand carry bag on Sunday afternoon at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) terminal 2. Gloria Ortinez, 56, claimed that she was a victim of “tanim bala” (bullet planting) when she arrived at the NAIA terminal 4 at 4:30 p.m. from Laoag International Airport on October 25, 2015.
She said she transferred to NAIA Terminal 2 for her supposed 7:00 p.m. flight for Hong Kong when OTS personnel allegedly planted a bullet of carbine rifle in her hand carry bag when it went through the x-ray machine at the NAIA Terminal 2 departure area.Ortinez said all her life she had never seen a bullet of a Carbine rifle and she worked in Hong Kong for more than 20 years as domestic helper.
Ortinez was detained after the PNP AVESEU-NCR filed an illegal possession of live ammunition against her before the Pasay City prosecutor’s office on Monday afternoon. The victim is languishing behind bars after she failed to post a bail of P80,000 for her temporary liberty. Read more here

TOO MUCH WATER FOR BABIES UNDER ONE YEAR OLD MAY CAUSE PARALYSIS OR DEATH ?
1. DON'T FEED THE BABY UNDER 1 YEAR OLD WITH TOO MUCH WATER!
Adults are advise to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day to keep hydrated. But for babies especially those below one year old, drinking water can be dangerous and can lead to babies seizures, coma, brain damage and death.
2. DON'T DILUTE BREAST MILK WITH WATER
Breast milk provides all the fluid healthy babies need. NOTHING ELSE. In cases where Breast Milk is not enough, formula milk can serve as supplement.
Experts says that "if a mother feels her baby needs to take additional water, it should be limited to two to three ounces at a time and should be offered only after the baby has satisfied his hunger with breast feeding or formula."
It becomes an eye opener and we would like to warn parents especially mothers about this very tragic event, a couple lost their less than 3-month old baby because they feed the baby with breast milk diluted with water.
Watch this video here about Studies that shows that formula or milk stretching is more common than generally thought. Pediatricians warn of potential effects.

Babycenter moms has this to say:
"NONONONONONONO!!!! babies have died because of this! I used to work in an emergency room and we had young babies come in so sick, and so weak and so malnourished it would just break your heart. Their mothers would say "well, I was just trying to save some money on formula" IT IS NOT WORTH YOUR BABY'S LIFE. Incidentally it is also a HUGE problem in Africa where the formula companies are making a big push there to get mothers to use formula instead of breastfeed but the mothers can't read the English instructions on the cans. Hundreds of babies are dying because they are not getting enough nutrients. Don't let him do this, make the formula yourself if you have to!"

FATHER GAVE THE BEST WEDDING ADVICE EVER TO DAUGHTER'S HUSBAND-TO-BE
Philip, I want to tell you a story and like all good stories it starts like this…Once upon a time, there was a FATHER and in case you can’t figure that out, that’s me. This FATHER had a wonderful little boy. He was very happy. Then one day he found out his wife was going to have another baby. So he prayed, “Lord if it’s Your will…make her a little girl.” And He did.
I was the first person to hold her in my arms. And I looked at her and said, “Lord make her like her mother.” And He did. She was loving and giving and so good and so kind. But then I realized I was getting left out. So I said, “Lord make her like me.” And He did. She could drive a truck and a tractor. She could load hay and chew tobacco. Do you realize what you’re getting? But at the same time she was opinionated, emotional and hard-headed.
So I said, “Lord that’s enough of that! Make her like YOU!” And He did.
He gave her the desire to serve people. She loves people. She gave her life to being a nurse. She’s brought people back from the dead. And she’s held the hand of people who have breathed their last breath. He gave her a heart for mission and she’s trekked all over the world: pushing canoes up swollen rivers, laid on the floor as bullets whizzed outside so she could tell people about Jesus.
But still something was missing. So I said, “Lord, make her happy.” AND SHE MET YOU. You see that look on her face? I never saw that, until she met you. And I’m grateful for that.
Today I’m giving you the best thing I have to give. And I just wanted you to know before I did that how hard me and God has worked to get her ready. So Philip, as I give her to you, I don’t think you’ll mind if I give you one more word of advice…Me and God have worked hard. Don’t screw it up!

INFORMATIVE VIDEO: HOW SYNDICATES PUT DRUGS IN YOUR BAGGAGES
Screenshots courtesy from the video of TV5. These are some of the travel tips and some of the examples of how drug syndicates are able to smuggle prohibited materials by INSERTING drugs into your bag unknowingly, while on travel. Sometimes they also do it by requesting travelers to bring something "palabit" without our knowledge that the content includes dangerous drugs.
They will ask you to carry or bring or check-in a bag preloaded with drugs on the side, and you won't know it.
They will ask you to bring figurines, envelopes, or a bottle of water or anything with drug content but it will not be visible to the eyes.
They will even ask you to bring some wooden stuff and they will pay you with a large amount of money without your knowing there are drugs, cocaine or heroine inside.
They will also put the drugs under the shoe heel.
