YOUR OFW ID or IDOLE ID LOOKS LIKE THIS, FRONT and BACK

This is the image of the newly release OFW CARD or IDOLE CARD that was distributed by Pres. Rudy Duterte to the OFWs returning or vacationing from Qatar. For OFWs with valid OEC as latest as of October 11, 2017, can process their OFW ID through IDOLE website. Check out the 5 WAYS to a STEP BY STEP GUIDE on how to apply for OFW ID or IDOLE ID here
The front side has the owner's photo from, as well as basic info like the full name, birthdate and issuance date. There is also a unique code number at the upper portion right after the OFW ID Card. This is different from the previous release sample ID which has validity and employer details and country of work.

This is the back side of the OFW ID. It has the signature of DOLE secretary Silvestre Bello and DFA secretary Allan Peter Cayetano. It has also the logos of partner agencies like PAG-IBIG, POEA, OWWA, and Philhealth  

The back side of the OFW ID says "This ID certifies that the holder is a bonafide Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW) whose ID was duly processed by the POEA. This serves as the OFW's travel exit clearance. This entitles the holder to travel tax and terminal fee exemptions. Any erasures, tampering, and alterations shall render this ID invalid. This ID card can be used the OFW in accessing ONE-STOP-SHOP eServices and transacting with government agencies.
