Domestic Worker, Arrested Over Facebook Live Streaming In Hong Kong!

Undeniably, social media is a big help for migrant workers such as Overseas Filipino Workers (OFW). With this tool, we become closer to people who are far away from us. We also love posting status and pictures on social media to show our friend and families about our whereabouts. With the birth of "Facebook Live", we are able to broadcast ourselves live and let the online community see what we are doing. But like any other thing, we should use this instrument with limitation especially if we are working in other countries where cultural differences exist.

In the video, one of the children asked the helper if she is taking video and told her to stop. But the helper denied it.

On Monday, December 4, the domestic helper was arrested for publishing child pornography. This is after the mother of the children filed a complaint against her about a published online clip of her sons and daughter in the shower.
