Sick OFW, Neglected by Her Recruitment Agency, Turned to Social Media For Help

An OFW turned to social media for help when the recruitment agency that supposed to be helping her seem to ignore her request to be rescued from her employer and be repatriated due to her medical condition. Cristinray Bajo posted a picture of her on her social media account showing her miserable condition— bloated abdomen, skin rashes, and she spews blood. Sponsored Links According to Cristinray's post, Iemploy Manpower Services, the recruitment agency that deployed her promised that they are already doing something to pull her out of her employer and they only need to secure an exit visa to be able to proceed with her repatriation but nothing is happening until now. She even said that her employer still force her to work in spite that she already saw her spewing blood. The very odd thing is that her family know nothing about her present situation. In the brink of losing hope and out of desperation, she even mentioned that maybe it will be faster for her to go home if she is already dead. What she only needed now is to be able to go home with her family. Her post that has been posted on her timeline on October 15 has drawn different reactions and suggestions telling her to ask help from prominent people and media that might be helpful for her. The OFW did not mention the details of her medical condition or whether she already contacted anyone from the Philippine Overseas Labor Office or the embassy at her host country. Iemploy Manpower deploys domestic workers to Hong Kong, Taiwan and Saudi Arabia.
