Sponsored Links If your employer has your passport and they would not hand it over to you, here are 3 ways to get it back. 1. Tell them that your passport is expiring soon and you need to renew it. It could be the easiest way but make sure that your passport is really near expiration. 2.You can file a complaint against your employer to the labor office. You can do this but do not expect instant results. The process may take 3 to 4 months before the decision will be delivered in your favor. It can also be risky.
