This is How to Get Your Pag-IBIG Member's ID (MID) Number Online Pag-IBIG (Pagtutulangan sa kinabukasan: Ikaw, Bangko, Industriya at Gobyerno) is a government agency that provides its members a low-cost housing through an effective savings scheme. It is the largest housing loan provider in the Philippines. Funds are generated from members’ monthly contribution. advertisement Pag-IBIG fund is mandatory to employees who are covered by SSS and GSIS, but even if you are not covered by these agencies you can still enroll in Pag-IBIG and get your own Members’ ID (MID) number. Here are the steps how:    First, you need to go to their official website at www.pagibigfund.gov.ph and then click e-services.   advertisement  You will be redirected to a page for their online services. Under membership, click membership registration so you can proceed to the registration process.      After clicking the membership registration, there will be four options: to register as new member, to view registration information, and the other two is to update registration information. Select the Register as New Member.  After the previous step, you will be required to enter your full name, birth date and the code provided. Make sure you enter correct information before proceeding to the next step.  Next, you will be required to enter some information such as your name, your parents' name, your spouse's name (if married), your present and permanent address, contact details, your heirs, member category and employment history. Under the member category it is mandatory to contribute to Pag-IBIG fund if you are a private employee, government employee, OFW or self-employed.   Upon reaching the summary you will certify that all the statements and information you give are correct and true by clicking the Submit Registration button. Make sure all the information you give is correct before clicking. But you can always update your information thru their online services.   After you submit your registration, the Successful Registration Page will appear. Don't forget to print your Member Data Form (MDF) which will serve as a proof of registration and where you can locate the Registration Tracking Number (RTN) that you can use in remitting contributions while you don't have your MID.    After two days, you can verify your permanent Pag-IBIG ID number by following the instructions provided in the Successful Registration page. If you're an OFW you can verify your permanent Pag-IBIG ID number by repeating the steps in the 3rd bullet of this article, just select  View Registration Information. At the end of this month, July 31, 2016 you will need to have an ID to transact with Pag-IBIG. You can get your ID online here. Follow the steps below.
