The new Nissan Titan Warrior was seen last week at the 2016 Detroit Auto Show, and it is purely awesome. But do you know it is also designed by a Filipino- Canadian?
The Titan Warrior project's design team was led by Randy Rodriguez, a Filipino-Canadian who was also part of the team that designed of theNissan 370Z.
In the interview he described his feeling as "Christmas present" as he witness his sketch/ drawing turn into an actual vehicle. He said, "it's almost like Christmas presents. It's that kind of feeling."
The Titan Warrior Concept comes with a range of serious off-roading kit such as integrated aluminum skid plates alla round, widened wheel flares, 18-inch alloys wrapped in serious 37-inch all-terrain tires. and more.
Nissan described the Titan Warrior as a truck with “stealthy, robotic quality.”
It has functional hood vents added to cool the Cummins 5.0-liter V8 turbodiesel. And it also has aerodynamic elements like a carbon-fiber rear cab spoiler and a tailgate spoiler.
These complement the roof-mounted LED off-road lights.
Another amazing thing about it is the steering wheel that is made of solid block of aluminum.
Wow! I definitely want to have my hands on that steering wheel.
