From their P9,000 a month salary, employees under Salary Grade 1 will get P11,068 monthly.
The compensation package consisted of a salary increase, a mid-year 14th month pay and an enhanced performance-based bonus (PBB) system.
At the other end of the spectrum, the next President’s salary will be raised from P120,000 a month to P388,000 by the fourth year.
After the increases, the lowest salary grade would be about 154 percent of the rate in the private sector and the highest salary grade, which is that of the President, would be about 70 percent of the market rate.
