DUTERTE WILL RESTORE DEATH PENALTY - CHR and CBCP SAYS THEY WILL OPPOSE IT.



Mayor Rodrigo Duterte, the presumptive 16th president of the Republic of the Philippines will introduce death penalty.
Mayor Duterte will lead the congress to restore death penalty. 
1. Heinous crimes committed with unlicensed firearms will be punishable by death penalty. 
2. Rape and death of the victim will also be punishable by death penalty. 
3. Kidnapping with ransom and they kill the victim, must be punishable by death penalty. 
4. Robbery, with rape and homicide or death by the victim, double death penalty. Death by hanging and decapitation or removing head from body as per Mayor Duterte.
