May nCoV package ang Philhealth, ibig sabihin, babayaran ng Philhealth ang gastusin sa ospital ng mga persons under investigation at mga positibo sa #COVID19.
State insurer PhilHealth will help cover the hospital stay of members who are suspected to have the novel coronavirus. That's according to Health Secretary Francisco Duque III who said the PhilHeealth board convened on Thursday to come up with a so-called 'nCoV' package.

"Yesterday, the PhilHealth Board convened and decided that there will be a novel coronavirus package. P1,000 per day for the hospital that takes care of a patient of novel [coronavirus] even not confirmed," Duque said in an interview with Karen Davila on ANC TV.
He said that this would apply to the 14-day quarantine period that is needed. Philhealth will pay the hospital P1,000 daily for the next 14 days.
"If pneumonia sets in, then there's a pneumonia package—from mild, P16,000, to severe P32,000,"

Hinihikayat ng PhilHealth ang publiko na tiyakin ang personal hygiene, katulad ng madalas na paghuhugas ng kamay at pag-iwas sa mga matataong lugar.
Doctor Li Wenliang is one of the whistleblowers who warned authorities of a potential "SARS-like" outbreak in December 2019, but was reprimanded by Wuhan police instead. The coronavirus has since claimed at least 425 lives and sickened more than 20,000 people globally -- including Li and his family.

The Philippine Embassy in Tokyo is closely and actively monitoring the welfare of Filipinos onboard the Diamond Princess cruise ship, which is currently docked off the port of Yokohama, Japan under a quarantine implemented by the Japanese Government.
The cruise ship was quarantined when one of the passengers tested positive for the novel corona virus (nCoV).
As of this time, 10 persons onboard the cruise ship, including one Filipino, have tested positive for the virus and will be transferred to a healthcare facility. The other passengers have been asked to remain onboard the ship for the required 14-day quarantine period.
There are 538 Filipinos onboard the ship.
The Embassy is in constant communication with the Filipinos remaining onboard and is closely coordinating with Japanese authorities to provide them all possible assistance. END

35 Drops Lemon Oil or Orange Oil
20 Drops Cinnamon Oil
15 Drops Eucalyptus Oil
10 Drops Rosemary Oil
Mix these oils in a dark bottle and store in a cool place. If you are diffusing, use 3-5 drops of pure thieves oil. Dilute depending on how you intend to use it.
Dilution guide:
For oil diffuser/ humidifier: 3-5 drops diffuse in your room for 30 minutes. Diffusing can also help if you have a stuffy nose.
Sanitizer: 15 drops thieves oil per 30 ml of coconut oil, or other carrier oil like almond oil, olive oil, argan oil. You can use this as a sanitizer, and as a rub on hands, feet, and at the back of your ears especially when you are feeling unwell due to cold, or flu.
Spray mist to purify air in case you have no oil diffuser: 10-15 drops of pure thieves oil per ounce or for every 30 ml of water.
All-purpose cleaner: 2% thieves oil diluted to water. Example: 2ml thieves oil to 98ml of water. Shake each time you use it. Spray on doorknobs, countertops and other surfaces that need cleaning, then wipe dry.
You can also use thieves oil as mouth wash. A lot of people are claiming it helps soothe a sore throat, but again, please exercise caution because you have to dilute this oil. Please also observe for any possible allergy.
