To obtain financial assistance, employers must submit an "establishment report" explaining how the spread of COVID-19 affected its business, and company payroll for the month before the temporary closure began.

Labor Secretary Silvestre Bello III signed the document for assistance following the implementation of enhanced community quarantine throughout Central Luzon, a move against the spread of COVID-19 in the country.
Due to enhanced quarantine, malls and other non-essentials had to be shut down
#COVID19PH
