Thru a call or texts, they will send a message to every people in your contact list telling them that you are a delinquent borrower, they humiliate or degrade you.
Aside from this, this seems to threaten the person they are sending the messages, too. It can be also annoying that you can receive such messages every day in the part of the people who had done nothing except they are included in the borrower's contact list.
Liboro also said that these such things damages reputation…it is not right to ruin one’s character as payment for something like failure to pay on time.
It is also a violation of a person's privacy.
The NPC is hearing the complaints and the side of the lending app developers as well.
