Dela Rosa challenged those who say that he knows nothing in legislative works to an IQ test saying: "The intelligence of an individual is measured by an IQ test. Those who criticized me for being stupid, let us take an IQ test together and see who has a higher IQ."
Dela Rosa also said there is no point in acting smart just because one had become a senator and there is nothing wrong in being true to yourself and admitting that you have limitations.
