Sa mga interesado sa nabanggit na trabaho, narito ang mga qualifications ayon na rin sa Philippine Overseas Employment Administration o POEA:
- Filipino citizen
- At least 23 years old
- At least 1.5 meters ang taas
- At least 45 kg ang timbang
- BS nursing or BS physical therapist graduate or nakatapos ng 10 taon ng pag-aaral at may TESDA certification na NCII para sa caregiving at may 760 oras ng training
- English language proficiency
- Hindi pa nakapagtrabaho sa Israel
- Walang magulang, asawa o anak na nagtatrabaho o nakatira sa Israel
- Malusog ang isip at pangangatawan
- May NBI clearance
Nilinaw naman ng POEA na government-to-government ang hiring ng mga caregivers sa Israel. Ibig sabihin, sa POEA lamang maaaring mag-apply ang mga interesado o sa kanilang website.

Kinakailangan naman ng aplikante na mag-register sa website ng POEA at sundin ang mga instructions.
