1) Alcoholic beverages

2) Animals - including those that have been mounted

3) Articles of unusual value - e.g, priceless art, jewelry, antiques

4) Cash and negotiable instruments

5) Fireworks

6) Hazardous materials including biohazard waste

7) Explosives, flares and matches

8) Firearms

9) Flammable goods

10) Fur

11) Human or animal remains

12) Items that are wet or have strong odors

13) Plants and other plant material

14) Perishable items requiring refrigeration

15) Pornographic materials

16) Tobacco, cigarettes and other tobacco products

17) Used gasoline tanks

18) Tires, Batteries,

19) Motorcycle or Automobile parts (ChopChop)

20) Any other shipment prohibited by law and the Philippine Bureau of Customs

Electronic items or appliances are taxable.  Please call ahead of time your cargo forwarding service to check on the applicable customs tax you may be subject to.

·       Firearms, Explosives & Guns, including parts of

·       Food products such as cheese, meat

·       Hazardous Materials

·       Trophies, gold, Haitian

·       Meats, Livestock and poultry

·       Merchandise from embargoed countries

·       Textiles (roll)

·       Trademarked and copyrighted articles

·       Fluids and Perishable food items

·       Automobiles (any parts)

·       Biological

·       Ceramic tableware

·       Defense articles or items with military or proliferation applications

·       Drug paraphernalia

·       Fish and wildlife

·       Fruits and vegetables

·       Game and hunting

·       Animal hide drums

·       Medication

·       Pets, plants and seed, soils

·       Used clothing or shoes of commercial quantity (Ukayukay in bales / boxes)

·       Pornographic Materials

All restricted items are subject to seizure and will be destroyed.  The shipper and the consignee will be subject to prosecution.
