TESDA is a governing entity that assesses and certifies students who take technical-vocational courses. Hundreds of TESDA courses are now available for individuals who are unable to enroll in college due to lack of time or financial capacity.

For those who want to enroll in TESDA the following are the requirements and process according to TESDA Caraga Regional Director Florencio Sunico.
According to Sunico, TESDA courses are open to all Filipino citizen. It is open to all high school and undergraduates students.
Go to your nearest TESDA Accredited Assessment Center or Regional Training Center.
Fill-up the assessment application form and don't forget to bring 3 pieces of passport-sized ID photos of you in a collared shirt with a white background with your name and signature at the back.
