MANILA, Philippines — TAPOS na ang eleksiyon, balik na tayo sa paghahanap ng bahay at lupa o mga real-estate properties na pwedeng gawing investment o mismong tirahan ng pamilya.

Ngayong buwan ng Mayo, muling naglabas ng listahan ang Social Security System o SSS ng kanilang mga foreclosed properties for sale na maaaring pagpilian kung ikaw ay naghahanap ng bahay at lupa.

Ang mga properties na ito ay makikita sa Northern Luzon, National Capital Region, Central Luzon, Southern Luzon, Western Visayas, maging sa Western at Southern Mindanao.

Sa mga interesado sa mga properties na ito, maaari ninyong i-contact ang mga contact persons na nakalagay sa bawat lugar.

Listahan ng mga SSS Foreclosed Properties for Sale | October 2021

MANILA, Philippines — MAGANDANG balita para sa mga naghahanap ng foreclosed properties! Muling naglabas ng mga foreclosed properties for sale ang Social Security System o SSS ngayong buwan ng Oktubre.

Para maka-avail, maaaring i-contact ang SSS upang maka-siguro na available pa ang property na nais mo at para sa kaukulang detalye at mga requirements. 

Bago mag-desisyon na bilhin ang isang foreclosed property, huwag kalimutang gawin ang iyong 'homework' gaya na lamang nang pag-inspect sa property, pag-check sa mga dokumento at iba pa. 

Pag-isipan din at piliin ang payment terms upang hindi ka mahirapan sa pagbabayad. Sa payment terms, maaaring bayaran ang isang foreclosed property ng SSS hanggang sa 15 taon sa 9% interest per annum. Laging tandaan na maaaring bumaba ang interest rate kung maikli ang pipiliing payment term.

Minimum Downpayment:

For PHP 500,000 and below – Minimum of 5% of purchase price

For above PHP 500,000.00 – Minimum of 10% of purchase price

Interest rates (for installment payment)

6% – 1 to 5 years installment term

7.5% – 6 to 10 years installment term

9% – 11 to 15 years installment term

Discounts:

10% discount on purchase price for cash purchase

10% discount on purchase price for successful eviction of illegal occupant for occupied properties.
